RULES:

Thank you for your interest in our Tricky Tray Event.  We want to take this opportunity to make you aware of 3 very important things:

1st – Most places that use credit card for purchases are adding on a service fee.  Our credit card company is no exception.  You will see that reflect in your purchase should you use a credit card to purchase any items including raffle tickets.   

2nd – PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE AND HOW YOU PLACE YOUR TICKETS!!  Once a ticket is placed into a bag it is not to be removed.  To be fair and honest to all patrons, S.A.R.A., Employees of the venue and guests CAN NOT go back into the bag to retrieve tickets.    This happens each time.  We can NOT make exceptions.   IF the event has GREEN tickets – place them in the GREEN bag.  Red in RED bag, Yellow in YELLOW bag and so forth.  Make sure if you have a 2-part ticket you KEEP the part that says “KEEP THIS TICKET”.  You are only to drop 1 half so we can verify the winners with the other half.

3rd – If tickets inside the bag are bent or crimped, they will NOT be chosen.  We understand that people think this is a good way for the tickets to be picked.  It is not, it’s considered cheating. Those tickets are automatically disqualified.
